Hello PES Families!
My name is Olivia Dickey and I am the Principal here at PES! I am so excited to be here as I was a Penrose Beaver K-6th grade and a Florence High school alumni. Penrose Elementary is a wonderful place to be! We have an amazing staff that truly are like family. I have been lucky enough to work at Penrose for the last 7 years- as a third grade teacher, a 6th grade teacher, an interventionist and now the principal. I have a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction and truly love to learn. Outside of school, I love to be outside as much as possible and work at my father's restaurant, Juniper Valley Ranch. My husband McKye and I just had our son, Streisen in April of 2025!
